Plan Documents
There are many reasons why a company would sponsor or setup a retirement account. At PPA it is important to us to make sure that your plan is structured properly so that you can accomplish your goals. IRS rules require retirement plans to have a written document to formalize how the plan will operate. Additionally the DOL and IRS continually update rules and regulations and require that these documents reflect these changes. Plans must be restated every 5 - 6 years. PPA offers:

Record Keeping
Record Keeping is accounting for all the contributions to and dispursements from a plan. There are employer and employee contributions that have different compliance regulations and vesting requirements associated with them. All of these need to be monitered and tracked in order to comply with DOL and IRS regulations. It is important to us that each cent is accounted for properly and allocated to each participant.
